Weekend Update

Last weekend we ate a lots outside foods.I was too lazy to cook or prepare anything since we are going to move end of this month.Yes,we are going to move and we are busy packing our stuffs.By the way,I hate moving but our contract end soon.

Saturday,we had appointment with the Autism doctor.Well,we did great and we just wanted to know more about Autism thru our friends.Then we ate at Soup Spoon.I love their soups which are thick and creamy and rich at the same time.I ordered French Ratatouille while Ken remained with his favorite Beef Goulash.

Sunday,we went to IMM Mall to buy some plastic boxes for our packing.We got a real great bargain with buy 1 free 1..For lunch we ate at Subway.My favorite is turkey breast but this time I tried egg mayo and the taste was great!Ken enjoyed his ham too!!
I prefer to let my skin breath thru the weekend,so I went makeup-less on Sunday.And I thought I looked really ugly in the photos.

Last Weekend Update

This is a late post but better than nothing.Last Saturday,we went to visit Ken's coworker after I worked half day.We ate chicken curry,fried rice vermicelli and fried prawns that his mum served to us.The visiting was great and I hope that we organize more activities like this.After visiting,we went to nearby shopping mall to watch movie>Underworld !While in cinema,we enjoyed chips with cheese.Love the tidbits!!

After that,I planned to snap our outfits for my blog.I started to really enjoying snapping outfits photos.Hopefully I can maintain this hobby!This time we went to Chinese Garden as the environment there are so peaceful and greenery.

Monday Is Blue Yet I Wore New Dress!

I'm back here in Singapore.I started to miss my family once I leave my hometown and I wish I can stay longer.But I can't since I had to start work today..

Monday is always blue for me and I hate Monday!!

After worked,Ken and I went to Eunos to have small gathering with Amway's buddies.We always did gathering on Monday's night.Tonight we had "lau sang"..it was a tradition for Chinese to have "lau sang" on Chinese New Year.It mean good fortune and good future for us..
I planned to start my outfit post since I love fashion so much! Ken helped me in photo snapping section.Today,I wore new dress to cheer myself up for Monday.I really love the combination of fade green with nude color.I think I was getting fairer in this color and of course,the bubble skirt did looked cute for me..While to increase the cuteness,I added ribbon earrings!Clever!

Good news was I got this dress for 50% discounts!! Well,everyone can't resist the symbol %

Hello, Happy Chinese New Year to all bloggers. Josephine, my eldest sister and I are now at our hometown for Chinese New Year Celebration. I had being invited to be her guest blogger today.

A dress given by my sister since she can't wear it and I'm the one who always get the benefits. The dress was matched with my beige flats. My legs looked slim with beige color flats..

The dress was made by a piece of very soft and comfortable fabric.When the wind was blowing towards me, it will stuck to my skin.

Chinese New Year 2012 Fourth Day

Previous year I had posted until Chinese New Year third day but this time I think I will post until I return to Singapore,hopefully.

Today,my eldest brother had to return to his army camp at Sibu Jaya.We had 1 hour road trip to Sibu and spent a few hours there before sending him to his camp.We went to have our lunch at Pizza Hut and ran some errands and visited one of my mum's best friend.

Once we sent off my brother,we rode back to our hometown again.On the way,my dad saw this beautiful scenery and we had to stop and snapped some photos.My sister helped me to snap some outfit photos and I absolutely love them so much.Guess what,my dress from Bysi again.The last photo's message was "I'm fat but I still can jump".

Tomorrow we will be sending my father off to his work place.I guess Chinese New Year is going to end soon.I'm so reluctant to return to Singapore this Sunday..

Chinese New Year 2012 Third Day

Today is third day of Chinese New Year.This morning we didn't go anywhere,just stayed at home and enjoyed our own sweet time.I even had time to relaxed and napped in the late afternoon..

During dinner time,our family went to restaurant nearby to have dinner with relatives.Dinner was fine,every foods seem quite salty to me.I think I prefer my mum's cooking dishes rather than eating outside.I took a photo with my grandma and aunty from Australia.

For my outfits,I wore blouse bought from my sister,Angeline.My jean is from Levi and by the way,I superb love my necklace.I bought it from Nichii at Kuching for RM19.90 only.It is a great bargain..

Tomorrow we are going to Sibu to send my brother to army camp.Adios!

Chinese New Year 2012 Second Day

Today is second day of Chinese New Year.This morning,we wake up with delicious breakfast made by mum.I really felt warm and happy that I had great family with me..

I wore second new dress from Bysi again.Well,I'm Bysi's fan!! I love this dress from the first moment I tried it.First,Ken did not agreed to buy this dress as he dislike black color.Since I was so in-love with this dress,I bought it!

We took a few photos again after that and visited a few relatives.Evening,I went to my friend's house for gathering.It was fun to gather with old friends chatting about their daughter and marriage stuffs.

Chinese New Year 2012 First Day

Happy Chinese New Year!! I felt superb great this early morning when I wake up as everything are going to be new and fresh.I can wore new dress that I bought from Bysi,Singapore.This dress was love at the first sight.I thought about it for several days after it launched and I successfully persuaded Ken to accompany me to buy it.

We took several photos before visiting my grandma.Unluckily,FJ unable to join us this year as she had classes to attend in India.Families are not complete without FJ..

Again,Happy CNY! Can't wait for second day to arrive..

Reunion Dinner @ 2012

Today is the last day of 2011 in Chinese calender and just now our families had a reunion dinner to celebrate.Before the dinner started,my dad will lighted up the fire crackers to let our dinner more special than normal.

My mum is a great cook.She always ready to cook for us and our reunion dinner were so perfect with her signature dishes.My mum cooked 9 dishes this year and surprisingly we ate all and left nothing!
1)Yam with prawns in claypot style
2)Steam pomfret
3) Stir fried sea cucumber
4) Drunken prawns
5) Mixed veges with sliced abalone
6) Assorted
7) Bamboo clam in curry sauce
8) Stir fried white rice cake
9) Fish fin soup

I can't wait for tomorrow to arrive and we will be wearing new outfits!!

Home! Yes,you're right..I'm at my hometown now to celebrate Chinese New Year and I will be back to Singapore after 1 week later.

I had booked my flight earlier last July which cost me thousand and now I'm glad that I'm finally home with my families.Chinese New Year is on Monday and we will had our reunion dinner tonight.I can't wait for Dragon Year to arrive..

Emotional yet Satisfying!

Today is my working company "bonus day". As a human resources officer,I had the responsibilities to settle all the paperwork for the bonus and print out all the letter and memos to our company staffs.

I was quite emotional this day.It was because I knew who will get more and who get nothing.I think it will be hard for those who get nothing in their bank account.When I took company bus off from work today,I noticed that everyone went off with happy faces and loud laugh too.

I was totally happy for them too.Emotional yet satisfying!

P.S. Our permanent residence application had approved!! Yahoo!!!!

Weekend Update

Weekend was great and productive!Saturday after worked Ken and I went to Jurong Point to make some Chinese New Year's shopping.I bought 3 dresses and Ken bought 1 polo-T.We had our lunch there and then we went for dessert at Andersen's.The ice-cream was so creamy and rich that we ate too much!
For dinner,we ate at Old Town.The foods was average and I can't finished mine since it was over spicy.

Sunday,we had spring cleaning in our house.Our housemates and us deep-cleaned our house as our owner will be coming to visit tomorrow.

On the other thing,my sister what apps this photo to me.She bought a dress for me..and I like it so much.Happy Monday soon!

Monday blue~
I had mentioned that Sunday I went to had my hair done at nearby saloon.I permed and colored my hair.My hair now is wavy and thicker than normal.Today I went to work,some of my co-workers praised while some said messy.I choose to hear the positive one..
While blogging,I had Haagen Dazs as my dessert after dinner.Not the best ice-cream I ever had but rather than nothing.

Today is Friday again! Time flies!

Tomorrow I need to go back office for half day and I got 2 facial appointment to attend after work.For this Sunday,I will go to hair saloon with my friend and get our hair done before Chinese New Year.I can't wait to see the "new me" after the hair appointment.

2012 Resolutions

I had being thinking a lots about this year resolutions.I need to be more serious in making targets for this year and fulfill every targets.

1) Healthy
-I knew I had been saying this over and over again but I need to stay healthy to enjoy life,right?Previously,my mind was telling me to exercise but my body ain't following.So,I need to adjust myself into exercise mode.

2) Smiling & Friendly
-I think I smile less nowadays and become less friendly.I should keep smiling no matter what happen and face them bravely.

3) Getting more friends
-I just finished watching Sex & The City 2 just now and I envied Carrie Bradshaw had 3 best friends in her life and she can chat with them whatever topics.I wish to have more great friends in my life.

4) Vacations
-Last year,I went to HatYai,Thailand for the first time and I was really excited about it.This year,I want to visit more places and countries.

5) Stable Financial
-Without money,nothing happen.I want to earn more in Amway business and save for future.With stable financial,Ken and I can organize our own wedding,buy our own first house and can settle down.

Tonight,Ken and I went for dinner date after finished worked.We dined at Din Tai Fung Restaurant and went for shopping after that.I pampered myself with 2 OPI nail polish while I bought 2 pairs of jeans for Ken.I felt great after shopping!

Welcome 2012!! I miss 2011 but I look forward for better future in 2012..and I was excited!!On 31st Dec,we went to Vivo City and did countdown celebration like other teenagers did.Ken spent his New Year in Malaysia since he got wedding dinner to attend.Countdown ain't fun since I got a really bad migraine.This was the best shot of the fire crackers I got from my camera and I knew,it looked ugly.

Since my families here,we went to shop quite a lots this time since Chinese New Year is around the corner too.We went to Orchard Road,Chinatown,Bugis Junction,Bugis Street and some other places too.Honestly,I think my mum had the same hobby like I have>>shopping!! She loves to shop and we bought plenty of outfits.I'm planning to wear them on Chinese New Year..

I even did makeup on their faces and they looked great!!

How I wish I can go back hometown now..Miss my families a lots!

Woohoo..It's Friday! & Review on My 2011 Resolutions..

Yup,Friday is my favorite and today is lovely day.I had greeted few peoples "Happy New Year" and "Have a nice day" and I felt really great and lucky that I'm still healthy and safe.

I read my 2011 resolutions just now that I had made earlier this year and I did fulfilled a few though.

1)Stay healthily as possible.Eat healthily and try to exercise more.
-Honestly,I did exercised but seldom.I declare I fail on this resolution.

2)Keep myself prettier each day and upgrade my knowledge in beauty.
-I think my makeup skills did improved a lot from days to days and I did felt much confident in myself nowadays.I declare I did success in this resolution.

3)Save for vacations..
-This year,I went to HatYai,Thailand for the first time,and went back to KL several times.I enjoyed myself so much when my families and I at Thailand and hopefully we can do it again next year.Success in this resolution!

4)Achieve some grades in Amway
-Ken and I achieved our 12% in the business and we kept on upgrading ourself to better path and future.I believe we can do it!! Success 70%..

5)Wedding photos in Taiwan (Not sure about this,but I really hope Ken and I can take our wedding photos in Taiwan end of this year)
-We changed our plan for the wedding..we planned to make it on 30th May 2014.Resolution fail.

Ornaments Exchange 2011

Last year Ken and I had an ornaments exchange>here

We continued with the tradition this year but we bought our ornaments after Christmas only.This year I choose "love shape" ornament for Ken while Ken choose snow design hand glove for me.

We hope to get our own Christmas tree one day,hopefully this ornaments will be on our tree.

Weekend Update

I had to work on Saturday actually,but my superior was kind enough to let me off for the day.I was excited since Friday after I knew I got off on Christmas Eve.Early morning,we went out to make some exploration.FJ wish to buy IPhone 4S and we went to Suntec City Mall.The decorations were nice and their Christmas's tree was cute!We snapped a few and went off to buy IPhone 4S.

We went home and napped for few hours and I suggested we went to Orchard.We had our Eve's dinner at Hot Tomato located at Summerset 313.The foods were finger-licking good!! Even FJ complimented the taste of their foods and the soup.Excuse me,as I went for dinner makeup-less.

After dinner,we walked a while and went home by bus as FJ and I did not really like crowded areas.By the way,3 of us were still in the bus at 12am..and we greeted each others "Merry Christmas". This was unique experience as I never count-down in bus.

Today,we slept in until 10.30am.We went to Johore and watched "Mission Impossible" and had our lunch at Sushi King.This movie was thrilling and exciting!! Do watch!

Tomorrow is still holiday for us.I can't wait..I'm still thinking what we are going to do tomorrow..

I love Friday!!This Friday was more meaningful than other days because Christmas is approaching and we got a lot to celebrate!
Friday's afternoon our department combined with Account Department and organized a small Christmas's lunch.We ordered pizza and bought a log cake too.We did gifts exchange too and I got hand towel!!

After work,we went and met FJ for dinner.We met up with our Myanmar's friends for dinner and gift exchange too.Last year,we did the same gathering too.We dined at Ajisen Ramen and before we went off,we exchanged gifts.I got Starbucks mug and small toy!

I'm glad Christmas is approaching.

Thursday's Night With Sister

Thursday's night after working hours,Ken,FJ and I went to Bugis Junction for our dinner and Amway's meeting.FJ is a great sister,she really co-operated and tolerated with our time since Ken and I had committed ourself to attend meeting every Thursday.

After meeting,we went for some window shopping and passed by an ice-cream stall.FJ is an ice-cream lover,so I bought an Italian Gelato for her and she was happy! After that,we took some photos with the Christmas's decorations at Bugis Junction.I love all the glittering lights and they really made everyone happy for the Christmas's arrival.I can't wait for Christmas to arrive too!!

Youngest Sis In Town..

Yesterday I went to fetch my sister,FJ who was coming back from India.Her school closed for more than a month so she grabbed the chance to visit me in Singapore before returning to our hometown.I went backed to work shortly after fetching her and came back home after worked.

Ken and I brought her to Chinese restaurant called "Ding Tai Fung".Chinese foods was her first request since she said Indian's foods was she ate all the time in India.She craved for Chinese foods.

I was glad she's home now but she will go back to India again next month.

Last weekend,Ken and I and our Amway's group went up to Genting Hill to attend a seminar.This seminar was organized for all the 6% and above and the trainer taught us a lots for the Amway's business and how to face customers with positive attitude.I did learn a lot from this time seminar.And we took a lot of photos for memories.The happiest moment was I managed to take photo with the successful couple!!

On last Saturday,I attended advanced courses for facial massage and makeup.One of the famous makeup artist from Malaysia,Kong Ji came to Singapore and organized the courses for Amway's members.I felt lucky I was one of them,or else I can't learn so much from him.

Sunday,he had a workshop and I attended again with my friend.Kong Ji and his students showed us that how Artistry's products can be done into creative makeup and showed us nude makeup.We got chances to take photos with the models and they looked amazing!

BFF Visiting Day 3 & 4

Believe me,I had trying to upload these photos since 2 days ago and our internet was damn slow and it delayed my post till now.

On day 3,we went to Universal Studio,Singapore.This is the most famous place ever since their first day opening.Entry tickets cost each of us $ 74 for peak season.We spent whole day there and snapped photos with every corners and statues and mascots and characters.We made our entry tickets worth every penny.

Day 4,we did not took any photos.Ken and I send my BFF to bus station and they went off by 3.30pm.I was sad firstly and I hope they will visit me again soon.

BFF Visiting Day 2

The next morning,BFFs,Ken and I wake up early to visit Chinatown.This is a must-visit-place as lot of souvenirs and cheap goodies here.Plus there are a few temples open for tourists to visit too.We brought our BFFs to one of the souvenir shops.The bought some goodies to bring back for their families and friends.

After that,we walked around and saw an Indian's shop providing "henna" application.Of course,we were excited and all girls did different drawings for SGD8-SGD10 which I thought was cheap.We even took a photo with the girl who did "henna" for us.

After visiting Chinatown,we went to visit Merlion.Merlion represent Singapore which meant is-a-must-visit-place too.We walked from Marina Bay all the way to the Raffles Place.It was quite a long way but we did stopped and enjoyed the decorations around and did some goofy photos too.We even saw the cutest elephant statue and had to snap photos for memory.

We stayed in the room at night as one of my friend not feeling well.But did not stopped us to enjoy our night again.We bought 5 bottles of beer and drank them in our room.Cool,right?

BFF Visiting Day 1

I had been away for few days now,I had been recovering from tiredness and had been sleeping a lots lately.My 3 best friends had came and visited me on the weekend and we really had the most enjoyable moments together.

My BFFs traveled by coach from Malaysia to Singapore,which took them about 5 hours.They reached safely on Saturday's afternoon.I went and fetch them at the bus stop.After placing their luggage in my room,we went out to Orchard Road.Unluckily,the night followed with heavy rain.We still can viewed the Christmas's decorations but raining really not fun at all.We got wet a bit. But we still took plenty of photos.

We ended our night around 3am..

Day 2 was more fun!!

Glad and thankful that Friday arriving fast this week.Tomorrow I have to work half day but it will be fine since I will be having long weekend after that.I applied leave for next Monday and Tuesday already.My friends from Malaysia will be visiting me tomorrow and they will be back after Tuesday.Can't wait to see them for fun activities.

1) I decided to make Thursday's post as "My Randomness Thought". Great idea to keep myself blogging.

2) I always love reading recipes blogs and books but I never try any of them.I'm just too d-motivate to do so..

3) I secretly started to love "Smurf Village" application in my IPhone. And I even plan to use my credit card to buy the items in it.Sshh..don't tell Ken.

4) Today I went out to Bugis Street and bought a dress and a bag. Shopping made me happy!

5) Tonight Ken went out to his company's Dinner & Dance.I'm alone now but deep in my heart I enjoyed alone time so much!

Claypot Chicken @ Geylang Road

On Monday,Ken and I joined our friends for dinner at new restaurant.We ate claypot chicken in 2 flavors..one was chicken soup and the other one was soy sauce chicken.For the soy sauce chicken,we can added in more than 15 varieties like mushrooms,veges,hams and potatoes. The price was reasonable too compared to other restaurants and both of us did enjoyed ourself so much!

It's time to diet again!

Weekend Update

I had enough for wedding!

Last weekend was the last wedding dinner I had to attend for November.I totally can memorized all of the dishes served during dinner as all the wedding dinner we had attended were in the same restaurant.

After dinner,we went out for "second round" since one of Ken's friend birthday was fall on the day.Ken drank lot of red wine and liquor and beer,AND he drunk! I had to ask his friends to send us home,but luckily he still can walked on his own..but in the wrong directions.

Sunday,we wake up late and met up with some friends.It was nice to meet up and had a little chat with old friends talking about future,money and career stuffs.

The whole weekend we got 1 photo only in my IPhone. :P

Glad that today is Friday.I will spent my weekend in Malaysia again.I wish to stay in Singapore and enjoy my weekend.But Ken had been begging since early of the week to accompany him to another wedding dinner.In the end,I agreed!! After this weekend,I told myself I should stop with wedding dinner as I really can't diet in this way.Foods always make me hungry! After all,this weekend I will visit hair salon too and meet up with Ken's nephew.Can't wait!

My co-worker and I thanked each others several times today.We were just feeling grateful to have each others as co-workers and I hope we can be friends forever.

After work,Ken and I went to Bugis for gathering.Singaporean did not celebrate Thanksgiving but we did our own celebration.We treated each others delicious foods,as a symbol of grateful to each others.I treated him Yoshinoya while he treated me Yami Yogurt.

Favorite Sandwiches

When friends suggested sandwiches,I shouted for "Subway". I can have Subway's sandwiches for my whole life.Tonight,I passed by Subway's stall and I bought 12" sandwiches for my dinner.I did not shared with Ken, instead I ate all myself! Crazy,I know!! I always love the turkey breast as the fillings and without jalapenos.

Christmas is Approaching!!

I love Christmas so much! I always hoping that someday I can have my own Christmas's tree in my own house.So,Christmas's decorations amazed me a lots and I had to snap some pictures while Ken and I had our dinner just now.We ate soup and wrap but I'm still hungry,probably supper later?

We snapped 2 gigantic Christmas's tree in Harbor Front & Vivo City before we went off.Nice trees!

Saturday's night was totally fun and exciting! Ken's school mate got married and they invited us to join for their "big day". As usual,I groomed myself so that I looked more refreshing,yet behind those makeup I was exhausted.I was terribly tired of traveling for 4-5 hours in the bus and did not slept well.But we did enjoyed our self so much and Ken drank too much beer.

I just realized that we did not took any photo of the bride..

We returned to Singapore on Sunday again..Busy week going to start again.

Tonight,we will go back Malaysia again.November is fully packed with wedding dinner.We still got 2 more before December.But I guess I will be attending 1 only as I have to work next Saturday.I will arrange meeting up with good friend and have a little girls' talk,while Ken will be sitting in salon.He was addicted to the full service of washing hair in salon.And he talked to me yesterday he want to do it again this weekend.Well,man knew to enjoy like girls does too!!!

I'm going to pack my stuffs now.Happy happy weekend!

My Randomness Thought

1) For the whole week I felt tension and pressure of work.Tasks after tasks,deadlines after deadlines.I'm going crazy soon! Thanks,superior!!

2) My mum and I started to plan our next vacation thru phone conversation.Both of us got excited each times we chatted about trips.Hopefully,next trip is to China..or maybe some where nearer.

3)I urgently need a massage.A GOOD massage! My muscle is stiff now.

4)I bought a fake rose bouquet from Daiso last weekend and decorated it on my table.They looked nice and refreshing.

5)Had a few messages in Facebook from my ex-school mates.They kept on persuaded me to get marry as most of them had married and one of them had became a mother to a girl.My answer was,I will but not so soon. :)

For the weekend,I did nothing.Ken went back to Malaysia on Saturday's morning while I went to office.Afternoon,I went to shop alone,but accompanied by my best friend in Malaysia via What Apps. I took some pictures of the clothing and asked her opinions.I did successfully purchased some too.I even bought Subway as my dinner.

Sunday I slept in till 12pm.I felt great and refreshing since I seldom got the chance to sleep SO much! I did some laundry and cleaned up my room while waiting Ken to arrive home late evening.

My weekend was so boring!! And we got rain for the WHOLE weekend!!

D & E Wedding Dinner

This month is a good month for Chinese to get marry especially since 11.11.11 was fall on this month.Ken and I still have 2 wedding need to attend,and this really burn our wallet!

On Friday,our couple friend(D & E) got married and we attended their wedding dinner at Conrad Hotel.This hotel have a great services and their decorations were superb elegant and classic too.We signed on their wedding photo as a memory and got a few photos from the friends.

12% Achievement

I got small achievement here and would like to share.As usual,we did our part-time in Amway business.Of course,we got some results in the business too.

2 months ago,Ken and I achieved 12% and we got our recognition last weekend.I was taking part in ushering and that explained why I wore formal and I had to bun my hair up.Honestly I hate to bun my hair,it made my face chubbier and rounder.

I made myself to blog more often nowadays and that's why I'm here now before I shut myself down to sleep.

Past long weekend was over-whirlwind for me and I just came backed from Malaysia.Saturday and Sunday I was been told to in-charge of usher part in rally and I was nervous-wreck all the time.This was my very first time in ushering and I had no idea what to do,Luckily I had some advices and guidance from the seniors and I did great!

Sunday's evening Ken and I traveled backed to Malaysia to attend our friend's wedding on Monday's night.We took plenty of photos but now I was too lazy to transfer the photos from my IPhone. I will post again probably tomorrow.

And I got myself a new watch! Another post to come.

Even though I was tired,but a SMILE give me strength again! SMILE!!

Woohoo..It's Friday!! Yup,I love Friday so much!! This week passed by so slow and finally Friday arriving and my mood is superb great now!

I went shopping for a while after dinner just now.I bought some formal wears from G2000 and Little John.

This weekend will be busy again.I have been appointed to be an usher on rally for the weekend and we are going to have dinner with successful entrepreneurs.Next Monday is public holiday again.*smiling* Ken and I will go back to KL and attend our friend's wedding and we will return to Singapore again on Tuesday.

I sat in front of my notebook for few minutes thinking what to do.Finally,I came out with blogging.This few months were craziest and we had the most tightest schedule..it's time for me to slow down a bit this week.

I was really inspired and touched by this picture when I surfed my Facebook and saw one of my friend posted it.
Sometimes,I not sure why we exist in this world and why I should grow old every day and I still cannot believe I'm 26 now.But I felt lucky that I met someone special in my life and willing to spend whole life with me.I felt lucky to have families whose are great and supporting!! Without them,I'm nothing.

After viewing this picture,I had a huge thought in my mind.I must spend the rest of my life in the most meaningful ways and appreciate my love one..as time flies!

Halloween Night

Halloween was over..Yesterday Ken and I felt that we must went and absorbed some Halloween atmosphere since it was too boring for 2 of us to stay home early night.We went to Orchard Street and got our dinner at Shimbashi Soba.

I discovered something there.I fall in love with Mugi-Cha.The "Cha" tasted like coffee and I absolutely addicted to it even though I did not drink coffee.Our dinner sets were huge and we were bloated.
I was enjoying my green tea ice-cream while Ken snapped me.What an expression I had..
After dinner,we walked around and along the street.But unfortunately,we saw none ghost!! Orchard did not have any Halloween decorations or anything related.I guessed we went to the wrong place..

Saturday,I organized a makeup class again for my friend and we shared the makeup knowledge together.I was happy that she learned something from the class and she amazed by what makeup can do to someone.
Sunday morning,I wake up early.I had an appointment with my Myanmar friend for makeup.She registered her marriage with her boyfriend this day and she was nervous!She looked for me for makeup and I did my best for her to be the prettiest! Ken and I joined for the registration ceremony after that..I love this touching moment when the couple reading vows and promising each others.

Sunday afternoon,we went for lunch and movie time in Johore.As usual,I choose Japanese and we ate till bloated.After lunch,we watched "Real Steel" and this movie was incredibly amazing with those robots and highly recommended.Do watch..

P.S. Tomorrow is public holiday and this girl is thrill!!!

I blamed myself for being lazy lately.Last weekend Ken and I went backed to Malaysia to attend one of my BFF's wedding dinner.We knew each other more than 5 years now,and I was glad she finally making her decision to marry her boyfriend.

She's a very pretty and elegant looking woman.I love her night gown so much!! Her hair was been done by her brother in-law who is a stylish.

Ken and I enjoyed our self so much that weekend.

The Soup Spoon

On Monday,Ken went to ViVo City to have his bone checking sponsored by his company.Therefore,I went to look for him after work just to meet him for dinner.Both of us were too busy the whole month that we did not really enjoyed our time together.So,we took the opportunity to enjoy our precious time.

We were brave enough to try new restaurant..The Soup Spoon.They sold different type of soup and I was confused what and which to choose.Lucky enough,the waiter was friendly enough to give us some tester before ordering.Their soups were tasty and creamy!!

Finally,I made decision to order half wrap and pumpkin soup with roasted nuts.Ken ordered soup in bun which firstly I thought I will not full after eating them.But I was totally wrong.Our foods made us full and bloated!! I really enjoyed our meal that night.

Happy Happy Wednesday!! Last weekend was a thrilling moments for us.

Friday,I took half day leave to attend "Prawning Event" which was organized by Ken's working company to Mainland Tropical Fish Farm.Both of us never being to fish farm before and we were so excited to be there.

I knew quite a few of Ken's coworkers and we chatted for the whole afternoon.
From the left- Mydin,Ken,MJ and Arnil..Mydin is a Singaporean while MJ and Arnil are Filipino.We have a lot of friends from other countries..

We got 5 prawns in total.MJ is a happy-go-lucky girl and she knew how to attract the prawn to my bait.Ken and I caught 2..The feeling of fishing/prawning is incredible and I love it so much!

Saturday,I relaxed a while in the morning and went out to meet our friends in Redhill.We did some Artistry sharing and ran some errands too.

Sunday,I had a big event!! I organized a makeup class for my friend as she never did makeup before.This was her first time and I did a lot of sharing with her.Overall,the small event did well and my friend was satisfied with the knowledge given.

I hope every weekends are meaningful for me..

Japanese Spaghetti House

Happy Wednesday!

Ken and I had been dining out a lots lately.Following by hectic schedules,I was not able to squeeze some times for cooking.I'm a bad person..

Tonight we went out with my ex-course mates whose we had lost contact 3-4 years ago.I felt happy to invite them for dinner and we chatted a bit on work and life.I choose Japanese Spaghetti House as our dining restaurant.This was the first time I went there and I expected a lots from the restaurant.
"Eating Spaghetti with Chopsticks" attracted me a lots! This was my very first time using chopsticks to eat spaghetti and totally sounded weird.But everyone enjoyed those moments.
One of my favorite dessert in the world is ice-cream in green tea flavor.Yummy!!

Every plates tasted yummy and delicious to me..but my friends did not really enjoyed it as they said the spaghetti not really cooked well..
It is fun to gather with friends sometimes and chat every things..I hope I can do this more often.

I can't wait Friday to arrive.Ken and I will be going to Pasir Ris.I will update more..

September went fast!! Welcome October!! Ken and I had did very well in our business on September and we wish to get better in this month.Praying and doing hard!

On Tuesday,we went out dinner at Fig & Olive with my friends.We chatted a while and Ken shared the business marketing plan to them and their feedback was great!

Fish and chips always is my first choice when ever we dine in westerner's restaurant.
2nd October is my co-worker's birthday,so we decided to give her a surprise celebration earlier on Thursday.She indeed surprised and touched with the cake.
Friday's night Ken and I went to have our Happy Meal dinner at Mc Donalds.Our purpose was to get "The Smurfs" toys.
Clumsy and Brainy Toaster are cute! Now they are resting beautifully on our TV rack. :)

Time flies!! It is almost the end of September and I really hope January approaching fast as this girl will go back hometown on that month!!

Weekend,Ken and I went back to his hometown in Malaysia.We went to meet with his aunt and Saturday's afternoon we went to visit our friend,Joanne.She has a 9 months old son which we haven't meet since 8 months ago.Her baby is growing fast!!

First,he was scared of us but after a while he started to play with Ken.But honestly,taking care of baby isn't a easy job.I got really tired after carrying him for a while.

Saturday's night,we went to have our dinner with our friends at "Restaurant Perlama Seafood".I'm not really sure where is the location but the places are amazingly huge!

We ordered a lots and my favorite food is seafood porridge in clay pot.I wish I can visit this restaurant again some day.

We returned to Singapore on Sunday's afternoon.Before we departed,I snapped photo of Ken with his mum.

The Smurfs

Movie night!!

My friends had watched this movie ever seen the first day,but Ken and I never have enough time for movie.So last week I finally sounded my wish to him.I wish to go and watch The Smurfs.

He finally squeezed some time for me tonight and we went to watch "The Smurfs". The smurfs were so amazingly cute!!The movie was entertaining and joyful and I never got boring of those blue smurfs.I hope there will be second movie soon..
I bought this Smurfs from Mc Donalds..They are so cute!!

Mid Autumn Festivals

As usual,I'm a lousy blogger.I have not enough time to do blogging as Ken and I always come home late this few weeks.

Monday (12/09/2011) was Moon Cake Festival in Chinese calendar and it meant "Full Moon" too.Normally,Chinese celebrated this festivals hugely.Well,for us as a foreigner,we got no chance to celebrate with families.Lucky,I still got Ken with me..

For continuously 2 years,we celebrated Moon Cake Festival by visiting "Chinese Garden" which is nearby our home.This year,we did not make it as we need to pay for the entrance fees.Hence,Ken got the idea to celebrate in our own place.We invited friends to come and joined us.
We hang up the lanterns and we ate moon cakes.

We hang up lanterns and we ate moon cakes together.It was fun and it meant so much for Ken as he did the organizing and purchasing the lanterns.

We had this weekend fully usage.As I mentioned before,Ken and I did part-time business in Amway.We are Independent Business Owner(IBO) of Amway.

Saturday,Amway celebrated 10th year anniversary in Singapore.And because of this,Amway organized a product fair in Expo for everyone to join.We bought SGD20 tickets as the ticket included goodies and T-shirt and donated SGD5 to orphanage.We thought that those tickets were affordable and valuable since we got free gifts.
There were a lot of product counters available there.And my favorite was Artistry counter.Artistry is an amazing skin care product which can compete with other counter brands too.Most importantly,the ingredients are organic and natural yet safe for our skin.I shared my skin care knowledge with my friends and all of them satisfied with the results.

There are other products like health supplements,Nutrilite,beverages,and some cooking products too.
Amway sell high-tech products as well,like water filter Espring and air purifying Atmosphere as well.
There were games to entertain us as well.I had participated and I got some goodies for winning the games.

We spent almost 9 hours there as we got invited some friends over for viewing and sharing.Our meals were bought from there too.Lunch is handmade noodles and dinner is Thais.

We reached home a bit late yet satisfied with the results.Below goodies were all free and won back..I'm a happy girl now!

Sunday morning,we did some product party in our home.Afternoon I did some nap and dinner we ate at Pizza Hut.Great weekend!

Hotpot Celebration Night

Well,this celebration happened to be post on earlier but I had been procrastinated until today.It's better late than never.

Our Amway's team love to have celebration and we always did it once every 3 months.This time celebration was on 31st August 2011.We will arrange some peoples to help to organize the whole celebration stuffs like choosing the restaurant,purchasing the birthday cake and collecting the money for the bills.This round Ken and I had being assigned to in-charge of this celebration.

We choose Hotpot Culture which is located at Marina Square,City Hall MRT station.We had requested the branch manager to give us the best promotion as we brought a lot of friends to the restaurant.Both of us did not too bad,we got free-flow drinks for the whole meal.
The restaurant have 5 different type of soups to choose and I choose hot and sour soup while Ken choose fish flavor.There were a lot of variety of foods to choose from the food bar and we ate a lot that day.
We enjoyed snapping photos and chatting around happily..I did some photo-shooting too!
After meal,we celebrated and sang birthday's song for the birthday's girls.We bought a cake for them too.
This was a great night spending with someone we knew and understand..I was glad both of us did great job in arrangements.

Gratitude

Ken and I had been keeping our self really busy with appointments followed by appointments.We were excited when we did sharing business opportunity with friends who we care a lots.And we were glad that they accepted everything we told them and they gave them self a chance to try it out too.

We got flying colors in our results and of course,our leader gave us present as a rewards.She is the most intelligent people I have ever met and I really respect her!
She gave us a big presents this time and I was blessed for everything.Towels are my favorite gifts as I love collecting colorful towels.
My upline,Kim went to Bangkok the other weekend and bought us mini toothpastes.
I really glad that I have a group of positive-thinking friends surrounding me and make me a better person in future life.Gratitude is what in my mind now..

We were so busy and the whole week's schedules were so tight that I had no enough time for me to blog.Everyone wondered and kept asking why both of us so busy and I replied them I fighting for my future.I want to make some results from my part-time direct selling business instead of waiting every months for salary.

Weekend was full of appointments too.But don't worry we still had the chance to take our meals.I felt so lucky as we knew quite a number of friends working in restaurants at city.One of our friend,Chiang introduced us to visit one of the Japanese restaurant in Orchard.

I love tasting foods in new places,I guess I had influenced by Ochi. We shared tomato salad,which is the new food in the menu.It tasted fresh and salad had become my favorite now.
We ordered cool soba as our main meals and I absolutely love it!!

Our other friend,who is working in this restaurant treated us free green tea ice-cream.This is the benefits that we got when we visited our friend's working place.
I love green tea ice cream so much!!

Tony Roma's Night

I always love Friday! It's a great day follow with superb weekends.I love more this Friday as Saturday is public holiday(President's election day).Election Day is non of our business as we are not Singaporean..

Last night Ken treated me to new restaurant that we never dine before this.Our friend recommended us to dine in Tony Roma's as they serve the most delicious ribs.We found one branch at Suntec City,therefore we went there directly after finished work.

Queue line was long enough for us to wait and snapped some photos in front of their main entrance.We waited for around 15 minutes later and we got out seats.
While waiting for our foods,Ken helped me to change my IPhone's cover to rabbit ears cover.I wanted this cover for quite some time but I never make up my mind to buy since it is quite expensive.Last night I finally bought it!!

Foods arriving after a while and I guessed we ordered too much!
Our dinner:
1) Baked potato soup
2) Hurricane & Santa Rita gran Hacienda red wine
3) Free french toast with cheese
4) Fish fillet & Carolina pork ribs
5) Appetizer Sampler (cheese hotdogs,drumlets and skin baked potato)

Ken love his red wine so much,but I never like it.According to the description in menu,his wine is fruity aroma of citrus blossoms and peaches and well balanced by delicate herbaceous..My hurricane is a mixture of dark rum,sprite and cherry flavors.

We burnt our wallet's hole for this dinner.I guess after this both of us need to eat cheaper.

Weekend Update

For the past weekend,Ken and I went out-station to Genting Highlands to attend self-enrichment seminar organized by Amway.The seminar attended by more than 1300 peoples.We stayed for a night there and came back on Sunday's evening by coach.

Genting Highlands is a cool place..We reached early morning on Saturday and had to cover ourself with jackets.We cleaned and bathed and had our breakfast at Mc Donalds before the seminar started.

The seminar started at 12pm..but our team snapped some photos before the course started.

In between the course,we got free lunch and dinner too..which meant we did not pay for our meals.

Ken and I learn a lot from the seminar and we hope we can join again on coming December.

Dining at Ichiban Sushi Again!

We had our dinner at Ichiban Sushi again! We went there on early of July and I did posted about this too>>here. I was tired and tension in my work place as I had to settle everything from A to Z and I was frustrated and exhausted now.

I had to relax and I made my mind in the evening to text to Ken and asked him took me for nice dinner.We walked around in Clementi Mall and decided to have sushi.I love sushi and thought that it was totally a fine restaurant for me.
I ordered quite a lot of sushi and premium meals and we ended up bloated.But I was so satisfied with everything and at least my pressure had decreased a bit.
I guess I should find another way to release my tension instead of eating too much and gain weight.

Saturday was fun!!

My co-workers and I had registered for Artistry makeup class few weeks ago and the class was on yesterday.Four of us were so excited about the class.Actually,I had being to this class before twice but this time was totally different since I got brought 3 friends with me.

The class started at 1pm ,but we got there 15 minutes later as we had to work half day.We cleaned our face and took "before" photo and the class started.
We learn how to trim our eyes brow,how to apply foundation and all the makeup steps..After the makeup,we had the hair grooming session before we took the "after" photos.This time I went for different styles..which was curly hair.And I was totally amazed with the curl and I wish to have curly hair now..

We finished by 8pm and four of us hungry for foods!We walked around and found Ajisen Ramen's restaurant.We ordered our set meals and went home bloated.
It was so much fun to be with girl friends and being pretty together.

Sunday,I did nothing much.I did not join for jogging and I did laundry and room cleaning only.And I ran some errands too.

Weekend Update

I was totally exhausted this few days,we had busy schedule for every day.I got back early today and managed to grab some time for blogging.Yeah!

Last Saturday,we went to Bishan for breakfast at Toast Box with Ken's school mate.We ate and chatted for almost 2 hours and Ken went to orphanage house to do some donations.
I'm glad that Ken love to do charity,at least he is sincere in doing charity. :) After that,we went home to get some nap.I took the chance to go to saloon and got my root colored and got shorter bangs.
Sunday,we wake up early and jogged at the garden nearby our place.The morning air was so refreshing and cooling.
We jogged for a while and snapped some photos.I looked superb messy in the photo..
After that we needed to rush for second events.I had beauty class to teach in the afternoon and Ken was my model of the day.We did great and smooth in the class..I hope the students who attended the class did understand what I was talking about.I always worried too much!

After class ended,we went for dinner and supper at The Cafe Cartel.The restaurant offered 50% off drinks after 9am and free-flow French breads.
Ken and I was totally exhausted but we had great and productive weekend.

I love this weekend as it is our pay day!! Yup,I hate end month where we needed to arrange our financial so that it will not over-budget.Ken had to attend talk on Saturday's afternoon and we met up for dinner nearby the town area.

We ate at Taste of Hong Kong's restaurant.I love curry fish balls,and I ordered directly once I saw from menu.Our main course were baked rice with cheese..but we waited for half hours to serve.Too bad!
While we waiting,I snapped some photos..
After dinner,I desired for some sweet desserts.Therefore,we walked around and saw Frolick.I bought green apple yogurt topped with fresh strawberries.So refreshing and yummy!

Today we wake up early morning around 7.30am.It was a really hard time for me as I wished to sleep in since today is Sunday.But Ken wished to get some fresh air and exercise so we went to jog at nearby garden with our friends.
My hair was a bit messy.I sweat a lots!!Our friend's shoes damaged when he jogged and we had to stop half way and he walked back without his shoes.
After that,I bathed and napped for 2 hours before we went for grocery shopping.

I love this active weekend so much!

I have nothing to blog now,but I forced myself to come out something rather than letting my blog emptiness and rooting.I'm now trying to prepare some skin care talks on this coming Friday,but I can't think of anything.Blank brain!
I believe love is every where.I fall in love with Ken again today as he told me he wish to date me to nice restaurant for dinner next month.I love dining out and I love eating out and trying new foods.
While thinking about Friday's talk,I enjoyed moon cake now.Festival is not arriving yet,but we bought moon cake already and I ate green tea flavor just now.
I just came back from Thailand 11 days ago and now I wish to have another vacation to some where peaceful.How greedy I am..
I'm tired of my work.I knew I had been complaining a lots about work,but who likes working anyway?

Weekend Update

I was glad that Saturday I was off from work.Ken mentioned to me on Friday that Saturday we needed to wake up earlier to Expo to grab some books from the sales.FYI,Expo is 1 hour travel from our place with MRT.Expo opened at 9.30pm and we reached around 10.30am.
We started to see lot of peoples at the books sales and we were given each a basket to fill in the chosen books.Whole range books at the price of SGD2 was totally superb cheap even though they were second-handed.I don't mind that..
Ken bought a lot of motivation and non-fiction books while I bought a few makeup and grooming books.Those books sell in high price at normal book store,and I got it at SGD2..I'm happy now.We arranged delivery to our home on Sunday since we bought a lots.

Ken had to attend seminar at 1.30pm,so we had lunch together before I went home.
Ken still attending seminar today from 8am till 11pm.I took the chance to watch some series and did laundry and vacuuming.I even napped for 2 hours just now and it felt great to nap!

Our books arrived this morning at door steps and I can't wait to read them.

Wednesday's night Ken and I happened to attend Amway Singapore Rally at Suntec City.We took MRT and reached City Hall's station.

Nowadays,Ken and I love to try new places.We walked around and do some survey and finally we decided to eat at Sushi Express.

We had been brought to our seats and the waiter gave us a receipt and explained to us that every plate of sushi for S$1.80 only.The receipt stated that we only had 50 minutes to enjoy our dinner since their seats are quite limited.But our lunch took us half an hour only :)
Their sushi are fresh and lot of varieties to choose.The most attracting food for me was their mango pudding.It was so refreshing and delicious that I wish to have second one..I'm drooling now.
Their green tea is free and we can drank as much as we can.
They also provided a hot water at every seats station and I thought that it was so convenience for us to refill our own drinks.
As usual,we cam-whore our self.
After dinner,we walked to the rally.There were thousands of peoples attending and I got quite a lot of inspirations after the rally.
Glad that I attended!

Weekend Update

I knew today is Thursday,almost the end of the week but I still had to catch up with my posts.Last weekend was doing great.

Saturday I had invited 2 coworkers to join me at the Artistry Show.The program taught us how to wear and groom differently and stand out from the crowd.Amazing class!!

Sunday,Ken and I went to a seminar talking about "Cancer Concern".The doctor talked about the cancer problem and how to prevent it from happening.I think we should really taking good care of our own health.

After seminar,we went for dinner at Billy Bombers.This was our first visit there and the restaurant have a cool and country-look-alike decorations and arrangements.
I love their white and red chair and of course,the pictures hanging at the wall.
The restaurant is so American that their root beer also from America.I love ice-cream with root beer therefore I ordered float.
Our dinner looked and definitely tasted better than we imagined.I love my dory fish with fried rice.Ken said he had the best sirloin steak here.O..if you happen to eat at this restaurant,please do order their waffles.Amazingly great!! I would definitely come back again for their waffles.
As usual,we love taking photos for our memories.Ken always love to act weirdly in front of camera.

I hope my following weekend will be fun too! Billy Bombers,loving you..

Hatyai Trip-Day 5

On 13th,Wednesday we went home.I hate this feeling of leaving the place that I like so much and ended my long holidays with family.I even told my mum that I don't want to go back to reality.I don't want to go back to my workplace with bundles of papers.I don't want to go back to a busy city.

But we had to..We bought Konsortium again to return to Malaysia at 10am.Journey was 8 hours and we slept a lot in coach.We reached KL around 8pm and we went to look for hotel.Finally we decided to stay at Bukit Bintang area as the place is much more convenience to get cabs or public transports.

After bathed,we went out for dinner.Dragon View Restaurant caught my dad's sight and we ate there.
We ordered curry mee,wantan mee and fried kuay teow.While we enjoyed our dinner,2 guys started to sing nearby our table with their guitar and they asked for donations.We gave them RM1..
On 14th,Thursday it was time for us to go back to our own place.Angeline went back to Kuching while my parents and FJ went back to my hometown,Sarikei.And I went back to Singapore..We took bus together to airport and got separated after that.Everyone have their own life to return to..I was sad :(

I reached Singapore around 8pm and reached home around 9pm..I started to get tidy up my luggage and took photos of my newly-bought items.
I bought 40 pairs of earrings.Some became souvenirs or gifts to my friends..The earrings were just so cheap,15Baht (RM1.50)/pair..

A few clothes for my own too!!

Conclusion,the whole trip was fun and I promised I will return to Hatyai again!

Hatyai Trip-Day 4

On day 4,we wake up earlier than usual as we had booked the tuk-tuk the other day to wait us in front of the hotel at 10am local time.The tuk-tuk driver arrived exactly the time and we had not missed it.

This day,we planned to visit Samila Beach at Songkla.As we went early,there was few tourists only.The beach is beautiful and the water is blue-ish.What made us frustrated was the hot weather there.I guessed we had applied sun block more than 1 inches to cover up.
The biggest attraction in Samila Beach is the mermaid statue.We never really understand the history and stories behind the statue,but we got to snap photos with her.
There is a shade nearby the beach.My parents walked across the road to search for goodies but my sisters and I refused to follow them.The weather was just TOO HOT!! So we covered ourself under the shade and we started to act silly.We played jump up and someone had to snap quickly.
We got different poses each times and it was fun!
We walked further down the beach and saw another statue.The statue is a man sitting on the bench reading a book.We started to snap photos again.I love my dad 's pose,he pretend he was writing in the book.
The weather was too hot that we got to open our umbrella.We all got darker after that.
After that,my mum suggested we should got a massage.She knew a massage shop with budget prices.I would love to advice everyone to visit Oliver Ancient Massage.Their charges were 100Baht (RM10) per hour.My mum booked 3 hours for us and we did really enjoyed our time there.And we managed to catch some nap too :P
We went for dinner after massaging at the market's stalls.Their fish curry was superb spicy but the taste was unforgettable..I'm drooling now.I even learn to eat fried fish paste which is local foods too.
We walked to hotels after dinner and get a peaceful rest.

Hatyai Trip-Day 3

On 11th (Monday's morning) when I wake up,I felt so blessed that I was still with family and I was not working at all.This morning we all felt excited as we planned to visit Ice Dome.Again,we booked a tuk-tuk and on our way I noticed that Hatyai have Amway's warehouse too.
We reached Ice Dome and we bought each of us a ticket of 300Baht (RM30).They even provided us a thick jacket and a pair of gloves just in case we felt cool inside as the temperature was -15 degrees celcius!
Once we entered Ice Dome,I did felt extremely cool and everything were in ice.First we all snapped photos with the banner "Hatyai Ice Dome" which was made by ice too.
We walked further in and saw lot of different famous buildings here,all made and crafted by ice.

It was so much fun in there as I never experienced such cool temperature.I can't even felt my own nose..
We were given 2 chances to play with the slider.FJ played 2 times while we played once only..The slider was so much fun and thrill!!
Ice Dome is not very big space but enough for us to enjoy.Our visit were been accompanied by their staffs to avoid any causes.The staffs were very friendly but they spoke few English only..We took photo with them before we logged out from Ice Dome.
After that,we went to visit 3-headed giant elephant statue located at Municipal Park up in the hill.This is a good place for tourists to get their blessing thru praying.
We did not prayed except my dad..He prayed while we all snapped photos and enjoyed the scenery.

Then,we walked down hill to the another temple.My dad started praying again..

After visiting 3 places,we went to the afternoon market to shop again.Before that,we bought coconuts to cool down our self.
We shopped for few hours and decided that we should stopped.We went backed to the hotel trying to get some dinner.My mum suggested us that we ate at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotels.They offered dinner buffet at 33 levels with 169Baht (RM16.90) only!! We ate too much that we hardly can walked.
Then,we went to the shopping mall beside the Lee Gardens Plaza Hotels just to get some exercise as we all bloated.We saw huge durians on sales but we did not bought them.We don't really like durians except my dad.
Then,we walked along the street again and saw huge Coke Bottle made by hundreds of small coke bottles.My dad is superb cute! I guess he was tired and bloated..
We went back to our hotel after that to get enough rest..

Hatyai Trip-Day 2

After a long journey in the coach,we finally arriving at Hatyai on 10th..I felt so excited as this was the first time I visited Hatyai.FJ visited Hatyai 3 times already so I guess she felt nothing about this town.

First thing caught my eyes was their electric cable connection.How confusing the cables were and I was really impressed that their electrical men can fix them even the cables were messy!I saw a lot of advertisement board in Thais and I felt totally lost looking at those words.At that moment I started to worry how was I communicated with the locals.My mum convinced me that locals talked Hokkien too and our dad spoke Hokkien too sometimes.Phew..

My mum adviced us that we can bargained the price up to 50% on the stalls..Don't ever let them cheated us.Haha..and by the way the local time at Hatyai is 1 hour behind Malaysia's time.
Our coach stopped us at the busiest place in the town with lot of hotels and motels for tourists to stay.We went to check in Grand Plaza Hotel.We got 5 peoples but we cheated them that we only had 3 peoples and they gave us the room of 3.Well,it was much cheaper..our room was big and it only cost us 920Baht(RM92) a night.This price considered cheap and affordable.
After we checked in and placed our luggage,we went to fresh market nearby the hotel.With only 5 minutes walking distance,we reached to a crowded fresh market selling lot of local foods and fresh fruits and vegetables.Some foods were delicious while some were not that tasty for us..well,it depended on how picky your were toward foods.My mum bought corns for us as their steam corns were superb cheap.
Before we returned to hotel to get some rest and bathed,we passed by 7-11 to get some mineral waters.I saw lot of beverages in Thais and it made me curious how they tasted like.I bought some to test and conclusion: Thais love superb sweet beverages.They put like hundred spoons of sugars into their beverages and I felt like I got diabetes after drinking them.
Once we reached hotel,we snapped photos with our Thai Baht.We felt so rich here!!
Around 3pm,we came out from our room to visit places.Mc Donalds is just beside our hotel and we snapped photos with him.Well,my sister said he looked scary.
We booked a tuk-tuk (local cab) to Floating Market (Floating Market only available on Friday till Sunday).Normally tuk-tuk cost 20 Baht/person rounding the town but if we went to other special places they will charged us more.My mum is a great bargainer and she rented the tuk-tuk for 400 Baht to fetch us to Floating Market and waited us to finish shopping there.
We reached Floating Market after 15 minutes later.The place started to get crowded with locals and mostly foreigners.
Locals sell local foods at their own boat..Their foods were all spicy!

Beside the boats,there also had stalls selling foods,clothing and accessories on the land.What I need to do were just bargain,bargain and bargain to get a good prices.
Hatyai popular with coconuts as their beverages.We bought some too to cool down our self as the weather there is extremely hot!
Floating Market sell a lot of handmade items and everything were so beautiful to me..My mum and sister had been attacked by straw hats.They love those hats and each of them bought one.Those hats were so cheap (50 Baht=RM5!!!)
We leaved after a short while and again we snapped some photos for memories.We did bought some goodies for our friends.
After that we went to Night Market,which opened on Friday till Sunday as well.Here is a shopping paradise for girls.They sell beautiful clothing,elegant earrings and lots more.We shopped until our hands dropped.
Lucky enough our dad helped us in carrying those goodies..

Hatyai Trip-Day 1

I'm back here with lot of posts to update.

I went for Hatyai vacation with my parents and siblings on 8th-14th July 2011.We had planned this trip early this year and lucky enough we made it.

I booked flight (Tiger Airways) on 8th July 2011 and flied from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur to meet my family and we stayed overnight in KL before heading towards Thailand.

Unfortunately on 9th July 2011 there was a fierce rally happening in the place nearby our hotel.It were Bersih(The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections) versus Patriotic.My mum had reminded us few times that we must not brought any red or yellow clothes during the trip to avoid any inconvenience.Lucky we did listened!

It was a scary moments and we watched them live.There was blocking roads and policemen every where.My dad kept on complaining about how unlucky we were to have a trip during this fierce moments.
We kept our self safe from those rally by hiding and having our lunch at Mc Donalds.Our coach to Thailand was on 10pm and we got plenty of times to enjoy our self.
We ate,searching webs and read newspaper in the restaurant and waited for the rally to calm down.

It was an adventurous and dangerous day!Finally around 6pm everything was alright.We booked a cab and went to bus station for our coach.We traveled in a budget way.Konsortium coach cost us RM54 (5 stars,by the way) and it brought us all the way from KL to Hatyai..And the journey was 8 hours,so we booked the coach at 10pm and used the 8 hours traveling for good rest.

Hair Clips From Friend

Today was another hectic day for me.I'm so tired now,yet I need to wait for delivery man for our goods.Not really sure what time delivery man will arrive and shout at our door.I had to keep my door open widely..

Last Sunday,we went to our friend's house to have some discussion.I was totally a lucky girl! My friend gave me two blingy hair clips! She is in short hair now and she did not need them anymore and she gave me as a gift.I was too lucky!
I have no idea how I want to match with the hair clips,but I was totally in cloud nine.I love something blingy and cute.And my friend knew that too..

Weekend Update

It was long time since I really enjoy my moments on weekend.But this weekend was so special and both of us really had our relaxing time together.

Saturday,I worked half day.After working,we went to Jurong Point to have our lunch.We went to Din Tai Fung restaurant which is popular for their dim sum.I seldom choose this restaurant because I don't eat pork,yet this restaurant sell pork too.I don't eat pork not because I'm Muslim but because I hate the taste.
I ordered fried rice with egg and some side dishes.We were superb bloated!
After lunch we walked around again.This time I bought my very first Deuter back pack.I plan to use it on my trip to Thailand.Ken bought casual and formal shoes from HushPuppies.

After that,we went for some tea moment at Bakerzin. I love their Strawberry Shortcake so much.It was so fresh and delicious too.

Our Saturday was so much fun!

Today,we slept in till 9.30am and had our breakfast at the market nearby our home.After that we went to IMM Mall to cancel our internet broadband since the line sucks!

Friday Night at Ichiban Sushi

I planned to update this post since Friday's night but out Internet line sucks!!It made me delay until now.

Friday's night both of us seldom eat outside,but this time we planned to change our mind to enjoy our night with nice dinner.We went to Amway's warehouse to grab some products and we dropped at Clementi Mall on our way home.

Ken suggested that we can dined at Clementi Mall and we went to search for new restaurant that both of us never being to.And we choose Ichiban Sushi.The queue was long and made me hungry.I went to buy onigiri at the nearby stall and waited for our turn.After 10 minutes,we got our seats.
Both of us love sushi and we ate quite a lots..

After dinner,we walked around before the shops closed.Ken bought me a tote from Charles & Keith.Love this guy so much for pampering me a lots!

Weekend Update

Saturday I worked half day.I hate working on Saturday,but I had to go since my working company practice alternate Saturday.After work I had a facial appointment with my co-workers.I went to her rent house and did facial for her.I sold S$213 products to her and she managed to get herself registered as a member too.

Today,Ken and I wake up late in the morning and we caught up for brunch after that.Then,we went for grocery shopping.I love grocery shopping.I love to explore in between the racks to look for something delicious or just to get some ideas what to cook for dinner.

Ended up,I decided that I cooked Japanese curry for our dinner.We cleaned and re-arranged our room as we haven't did cleaning for few weeks.Then,I cooked and we ate while watching our movies.
Normally,ingredients for Japanese curry were potatoes,tomatoes and carrot only but tonight I tried to add in minced chicken.It tasted different from previous but Ken finished everything! I guess he was hungry...

Weekend Update

Last weekend,Ken and I joined our Amway team to visit main warehouse in KL..our team booked a coach of 20 seats and we reached KL at Saturday's afternoon.The coach had a very big and comfortable seats.I managed to catch some rest in between the traveling journey.
Once we reached,we went to visit the warehouse.
We saw lot of products and demonstrations.Ken and I learn quite a few knowledge from here.As we walked around,we saw a blue bubbly wall which attracted me to snap photos as a background.Coincidentally,Ken wore light blue too and he started to pose for the camera.
I joined him later for the posing moments..

Amway is located in 80 countries and there is a map around the corner of the warehouse.I love the photo where Ken stand in between the map.
On Sunday,we went to a talk at Bukit Jalil..each of us were being given a T-shirt for the talk.
The talk ended at 11pm.Our coach was waiting outside the stadium for us and we reached Singapore the next day at 5am.

Monday I was too tired for work,so I took medical leave and went to cheat a medical certificate.

Our 4th year Anniversary-30th May

I knew my post had been expired for half month now,but I still wish to jot in my blog as our memories.

30th May 2011 was our 4th year anniversary.Four years had been not easy as we did quarrel over big or small matters,cried over some stupid things,did happy activities together..and a lots more to come.

Both of us had no idea what to get for each others as presents,so Ken suggested us to go back Malaysia and stayed for 2 days with his mum while celebrating our special day.

On the day,Ken brought me to Forever 21.He knew I love this brand so much and I grabbed whatever I love and tried in fitting room.I was totally spent too much on that day..
I love the outfits above and I brought them home!! By the way,Ken paid for them.

After that,we went to Zanmai Sushi for our dinner.I love this restaurant so much as they used mostly fresh ingredients for their foods.

The day after that,we went to cinema for movie time.While waiting for time to arrive,we managed to pamper our self with this massage chair for RM1 every 15 minutes.
I enjoyed the way we spent and celebrated our special day.I hope we can do this every years..

Wedding Dinner Night-Jason & Janice

This post was from last Friday's night.Our friends,Jason and Janice officially married and we were invited to their wedding dinner at Harbour Front.

I was rushing to attend the dinner after work as the dinner started at 7.30pm.Ken and 3 other friends were the emcee for the dinner.I was so worried he can't performed well for his duties and yet he did great! I was so proud of him..
Our attire for the night.By the way,I bought the black dress from Forever 21 with RM69 only.Great deal!
We took lot of photos but since it is late now,so I posted some only to show everyone..

Busy Month

Hi everyone,

I had been superb busy for the previous months and this month too.I'm so lack of posting anything here and I'm really sad about this.I just had no energy left for blogging.

I still have a few posts-Our anniversary,our weekend,etc...
Ken and I are doing superb fine here.I think I had gained some weight again..Ken still remained the same weight and I'm jealous for him as he enjoy eating any calories that he wish.

This weekend I think I will have some time to blog,next weekend I will go to KL and next month I will travel to HatYai !!! Yahoo..

26th Birthday Celebration-25th May 2011

Today is 1st of June 2011 and yet,I'm here trying to post my 26th birthday celebration.It's never too late.

Last month 25th May 2011 was my 26th birthday.Honestly,I sounded old already.

I worked on my birthday.Ken and I went to nearby shopping mall to had our dinner after work.We went to new restaurant,Mediterranean's style.
We ordered dinner set meals and it was amazing dinner.The portions were huge and I was glad I found some great place.I will be visiting this restaurant again in future.
I had Dory Fish set while Ken had Zafira Zaytoon set.
We also had our ice-cream desserts.

After dinner,we went for cake-hunting.Birthday's girl needed her cake..I planned to make my birthday more special by designed my own cake.
I choose 4 inches small cake and we got 5 different colors to decorate my cake..

Ta-dah!! Final project.Not the most perfect cake but definitely my special cake.
I was a happy birthday girl!!

Weekend Update-17th May 2011

Finally,I'm able to upload my photos again.I was having trouble in uploading any photo in this few days.

17th May 2011 was public holiday.Ken and I had an idea that we should headed out to the beach.So,I quickly went to prepare some foods enough for both of us to spend those moments.I prepared sandwiches,creamy pasta and deep fried scallops and cheese hot dogs.
The weather was great and sunny enough for families to visit.Therefore,beach was full of peoples.
After we took our lunch,Ken started his nap while I read some books and played with I Phone applications.
He napped for more than an hour and finally we decided to leave the place.And we took pictures to remember this day.

We had relaxing afternoon,but we got sun burnt! Ken still had peeling skins until now..

Italian Restaurant- La Nonna

Early this month,Ken treated me to Italian Restaurant at Holland Village.I never been to any Italian restaurants before and I got really excited and nervous when he mentioned that he wanted to treat me something nice.

We went there with one of our friend,Bent.He is a funny guy and he taught me a lots about IPhone applications during our dinner.
I'm not sure why I can't rotate my photos,but I still wish to upload them.Bear with it :)

These breads and chips were free for every tables.I was not sure how to eat it but Bent taught me to dip it into the olive oil and vinegar.Well,it tasted weird for a while but I still can accepted those taste.

We ordered thin crust pizza and this was the most delicious pizza I ever had.Thick layer of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni were a great combinations.

Ken had steak for his dinner while I had cod fish,but I accidentally deleted my photo.

While Bent had his pasta.It tasted and looked tasty and great!

Before ending our dinner,we had a dessert.The slice cake was not my favorite as I ordered lemon flavour and it was too sourly for me.

We chatted for a while after dinner and went home with satisfying stomach.

Weekend Update(Sunday Update)

Like I mentioned in Saturday's update,I would go out with my friend who came over to Singapore for holiday.Unfortunately,she cancelled our appointment 2 hours before the exact meeting time.And I totally hate it when she gave me some unreasonable excuses..as I had made my time for her.

Anyway,it's fine now.I did what I needed to do yesterday..I cleaned,I did laundry and I napped for few hours.

I watched 2 movies: No strings attached & Blue Valentine.Both are great movies.

Today is replacement holiday for Labour Day..and I went to supermarket just now to grab some canned soup and pot luck foods for tonight gathering.

I'm going to enjoy myself tonight. :)

Weekend Update (Saturday Update)

This afternoon I enjoyed myself so much while Ken is in Thailand at the moment.I went out with my friend and we went to Orchard.I did some Forever 21 shopping as sales are every where during this Labour Day weekend.

My friend was generous enough to treat me some thin crust pizzas.She bought this from food stall in ION Orchard and we ate it with drinks.
This was the first time I tried this pizza and the taste was satisfying delicious!We had mushrooms with cheese and the staff was generous enough to help us heated it up.

Tomorrow I will met up with my Malaysia's friend.She is coming over to Singapore for holidays.

Weekend Update

I've miss out a lot of posts and I really hope to keep in track with everyone.I'm lonely tonight and for the following days until next Tuesday,Ken had departed to Thailand for his long holidays with his mother and relatives.I did not join as I will be going to Thailand in the coming July too.

Last weekend,I went for a makeup class to upgrade myself again.This time was totally different as the teacher is from Malaysia and he did makeup for models and artists.So,I registered myself for the course and spent 2 days there.

I learnt a lot of tactics of makeup and facial and gladly Charles(from our group) joined me in the course.At least we shared information thru the course.

I got Charles to snap photo of me beside the Eiffel Tower.Hopefully I will be standing under the real Eiffel Tower one day.

This gentleman is our teacher.I was glad I got the chance to learn something from him as he rarely organise a class..

This few days,I had an idea of opening a outfits blog of my own.How do you think?Is it a good idea?

Hello~~I'm alive here.

I'm just hated my old PC and neglected my blog.I went searching for new one last weekend but we failed to find one that we both like.Ken suggested we save more to get a laptop instead.

Last Saturday was a celebration day for Ken as he had finished his training course in Amway.He joined this course several times already and he still interested in this.And I'm superb supportive for him too.I joined for his celebration days and took some pictures for him when he went on stage.
They did a small auction and these 2 were the officers in charge.
Ken used his fake cheque to bid the items..we got some nice and valuable stuffs and 1 crock pot.

Sunday,both of us spent time at Serangoon for health class.I just found out that I had acidic body which was not good for health.Ken had alkaline body which was good for him.

I seriously need to take good care of my health..

Weekend was low-profile for both of us.. Saturday I worked half day while Ken went for course in the afternoon..I napped for 3 hours after worked but I still felt tired.. During dinner,Ken suggested that we visited new cafe around the town..The cafe selling Thai foods.Both of us love Thai foods as well..

We ordered pineapple fried rice served in pineapple bowl,tom yam hot pot soup and fried kang kung.Tom yam soup was the best,sour and spicy at the same time..

Sunday morning we did some cleaning and house works together..afternoon we went to Serangoon for facial meeting.

Weekend Update (A Week Ago)

Last weekend Ken and I with out group mates went to Genting Highlands (Malaysia) for a motivation seminar.Journey towards Genting Highlands took us 6 hours,and I did great in bus..We stayed at Genting Highlands for 2 days and a night.It was an amazing seminar and I'm looking forward to the next seminar which is on August.. This was the stage with those very successful entrepreneurs..

Dr.Joo and his wife are from Korea..Both of them got so popular due to they built 100 Diamonds within a year..and of course they got their freedom and lifestyle now.

Before the seminar started,we got some times for photo taking around the places..

She's my favorite team mate.She's cute and adorable.

I was surrounded by successful men.Aaahh..I love man in coat!

Ken looked smart too..

After seminar ended around 11pm,Ken and I went back to hotel to get some rest.Then we went out for a walk and supper.Genting Highlands is superb cold so we got to wear some jacket to stay warm.

I love this picture the most.I was bare face but both of us cuddled happily together..

Seminar ended at Sunday's evening..we took bus to head home to Singapore and arrived around 1am.The whole journey was tired but I got to learn a lots from success businessmen..

I'm still alive here,don't worry.Currently I'm trying to find a bargain price netbook or notebook for my future use.I'm still calculating my expenses if I buy the netbook/notebook..I wish I have more money to spend..
